RISK-FREE ORGANIZATION 30-DAY HOME TRIAL

We want you to love your organized home. If your SIAASO Shoe Cabinet isn’t the right fit for your space, our return policy is clear and fair.


📦 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Condition Requirements:
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

  • In original condition (unused, disassembled/folded back, and resellable)
  • Packed in its original box (Crucial for safe transport)
  • Includes all components, connectors, and doors originally supplied

*For non-quality related returns (e.g., changed mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


📍 HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, please contact us at support@siaaso.com with your Order Number and photos of the item's condition.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Do not return large furniture items to the address on the shipping label. Do not ship without approval. We will provide a specific warehouse address to ensure your refund is processed.

🛡️ DAMAGED PARTS OR DEFECTS

Shipping large items can sometimes result in minor damage (e.g., a cracked door panel). You often don't need to return the whole unit!

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will prioritize sending you free replacement parts immediately so you can enjoy your cabinet without the hassle of repacking and returning a heavy box.


🚫 EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items returned without the original packaging (We cannot guarantee safety during transit)
  • Products with visible heavy wear or assembled incorrectly causing damage
  • Customized items or Gift cards

💳 REFUNDS TIMELINE

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
